Steps to use a crystal facial roller for a soothing de-puffing effect -

• Start with the cheeks and gently roll outwards towards the ear.
• Then move to the forehead and gently roll upwards from the eyebrows.
• Move to the chin and roll downwards from lower lip.
• Finish off at the neck by rolling downwards towards collarbone.
• Repeat these motions a few times.

• Use the smaller end when rolling below the eyes (great for reducing puffiness!)
